We offer free shipping for all orders. We only ship to the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, and Sweden.
If you are outside of these regions, please contact us here to ask if we will make an exception.
Customers are responsible for all duty and customs charges in the delivery country. To avoid issues with shipping, customers are responsible for providing the correct contact details and delivery address.
We will only ship to the shipping address provided when you placed your order. If you need to edit the address please contact us as soon as possible. If we receive the edit request before the order is shipped we will make the necessary changes.
Unfortunately, once the order is shipped we can not guarantee the delivery if we were not provided the correct address.
Due to high demand, orders will ship within 1-7days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. The tracking information can take up to 7 days to update. The estimated delivery time is 12-20 business days.
**Note: Estimate delivery time may increase due to shipping factors such as customs clearance (if applicable), severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
